  • County Councillors

Beccy has lived in Suffolk her whole life, growing up in the rural village of Stanningfield and moving to Bury St Edmunds in 1995.  She is married to Paul and they have two boys who are both attending schools in Bury St Edmunds.  Both Beccy and Paul own and run a personal wellness business providing support and products to people wishing to improve their health and nutrition.

Beccy has had the privilege of representing Thingoe North as their County Councillor since 2005, and has been on the cabinet since 2013. She currently has the honour of holding the position of cabinet member for adult care.  In 2015 Beccy was elected to St Edmundsbury Borough Council (now West Suffolk District Council) where she represents the Fornhams and Gt. Barton ward.

Her interest in the health and care sector has led Beccy to be a governor for the West Suffolk Hospital Foundation Trust where she represents Suffolk County Council as a partner governor.

Outside of her council work Beccy enjoys running through our wonderful Suffolk countryside and spending time visiting the wide range of beautiful historic tourist areas with her family in Suffolk.
