Having grown up in Bury St Edmunds and now being retired, Mark is committed to contributing positively to the community. His goal is to ensure residents have access to high-quality local services, thereby enhancing the resident’s collective quality of life.
With over 30 years of experience in finance, as well as over 10 year running a start up rail company, and as a director of Suffolk’s Cathedral’s commercial arm, Mark possess comprehensive skills in prudent financial management.
A notable accomplishment in his career has been the creation of an apprentice scheme that equips young people with practical training and vocational support, offering a valuable alternative to traditional academic routes.
If selected as County Councilor, Mark will apply his experience and expertise to serve the best interests of all local residents.
