Jenny has been the Suffolk County Councillor for Lowestoft South since 2017 and lives in Kirkley, where she runs her own business. She is an integral member of the Development and Regulation Committee – which secured The Third Crossing – Gull Wing Bridge. Jenny is the Vice-Chairman of Planning Committee North which has been involved with securing the Flood Defences for Lake Lothing.
Jenny has listened and acted quickly to resolve residents’ concerns, some of which have included improving road safety measures, School Crossing Patrol Officers, and safer road signage. She is currently working with Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve to improve connectivity for walkers and cyclists alike. In addition to this, Jenny is the Vice-Chairman of East Suffolk Council and also the Chairman of the Carlton Colville, Kessingland, Southwold and Villages Community Partnership.
Jenny hopes to continue to be the voice of Lowestoft South at all levels: Town, District and County.
